Post-Arrival Service

You landed.
Now the clock starts.

You have eight days from landing in Italy to file your permesso di soggiorno application. Most students don't know this — and the ones who do often don't know what to file or where to go. We do.

What is included

Your first 30 days. Managed.

01

Pre-arrival fraud-vetted housing search

Before you land, we find and verify housing options in your Italian city. Student accommodation fraud is a documented problem — listings that take deposits and don't exist, landlords who vanish after payment. We check before you commit, so you land with confirmed, legitimate accommodation already arranged.

02

Kit Giallo (permesso di soggiorno) filing

The permesso di soggiorno application must be filed at a Poste Italiane office within eight days of your arrival — using the specific Kit Giallo envelope pack. We prepare your application, verify your documents against the current Questura requirements for your city, and ensure you file within the legal window. Missing this deadline creates serious complications for your residency status.

03

Codice Fiscale appointment support

The codice fiscale — Italy's tax identification number — is required for almost every administrative process in Italy: bank accounts, university enrolment, healthcare registration. We walk you through the Agenzia delle Entrate appointment, ensure you have the correct documents, and confirm the number is correctly registered to your details.

04

ISEE Parificato preparation for the DSU stipend

The DSU scholarship stipend — free accommodation and a monthly living allowance from your regional agency — requires the ISEE Parificato to be calculated from your Nigerian household income documents. We prepare this calculation, advise on which documents from Nigeria you need, and ensure the submission is correct so your stipend is not delayed by administrative errors.

05

Bank account setup guidance

Opening an Italian bank account as a non-resident foreign student involves specific requirements that vary by bank. We advise on the best option for Nigerian students in your city — Poste Italiane, N26, or a local bank — and guide you through the document requirements and process so you are not running between branches trying to figure it out.

06

30-day WhatsApp support window

For the first 30 days after your arrival, you have direct WhatsApp access to your assigned specialist. University enrolment issues, Questura appointment delays, accommodation problems, healthcare registration questions — whatever comes up in the first month, you have someone to call who knows the answer.

The first 30 days

In the right order. With our support at each stage.

Before you land

Housing confirmed, documents verified

We have checked your accommodation before you board the flight. Your Kit Giallo preparation is ready. You arrive knowing exactly where you are going and what happens in the first 48 hours.

Day 1–2

Arrive, settle, codice fiscale

Collect your housing keys. On day one or two, we accompany you — in person or remotely — to the Agenzia delle Entrate for your codice fiscale. This unlocks everything else: bank account, healthcare, university enrolment.

Day 3–7

Kit Giallo — permesso filing

Within the legal 8-day window, we file your permesso di soggiorno application at the designated Poste Italiane. We prepare the envelope, confirm the documents, and ensure the receipt is correctly recorded. You now have legal proof of your application.

Day 5–14

Bank account and university enrolment

We guide you through opening your Italian bank account and completing university enrolment — including any supplementary documentation the university requires from Nigerian students.

Day 10–20

ISEE Parificato submission

We prepare and submit your ISEE Parificato to the regional DSU agency. This is the critical step that activates your scholarship stipend. The deadline varies by region; we track it and ensure you do not miss it.

Day 1–30

30-day WhatsApp support window

For the full first month, we are available on WhatsApp for whatever comes up. Most questions get answered within a few hours. The first 30 days are where most students make expensive administrative mistakes — and we are here to prevent that.

Documented outcome
"He arrived in Turin without legalised ISEU documents and paid full tuition in year one — because the DSU stipend requires the ISEE Parificato to be filed correctly, and he hadn't done it before the deadline. By year two, we had prepared the documents correctly. He received the full stipend — free accommodation and a monthly allowance. We now help students complete this before they fly."
